Since we left oshkosh at the end of July, I’ve had my airplane in the shop to get some needed maintenance work done. I wanted to replace my brakes and check on a few other things. I’ve also been in the middle of moving so I decided to leave the airplane in the Shop for a longer period. Win win right?
Well it is now almost 2 months and I need to get back on the horse. I was in the middle of training for my instrument and I need to finish that, also quite a few trips have been held up since I didn’t have a ride.
On this Monday, I decided to hop on a commercial Delta flight to North Carolina to reunite with my baby. Quick pause, for those who are new, I’m a private pilot and I fly a 4 seater aircraft called the Sling TSi. Please see the specs of my plane below.
It felt great flying again after a long break. I wasn’t too rusty as I thought and the airplane was a joy to fly as usual. Hope you enjoy the flight. Please subscribe and follow Mojogrip on Facebook as well. Thank you.
