Capt. Joseph McCord is a commander deputy of PDK’s senior quadrant civil air patrol based in Georgia.
The civil air patrol is an extension of the air force. As a matter of fact, it’s a program that is fully funded by the US air force. Their duties include, educating students and potential new pilot about aviation, emergency rescue and cite surveying.
