One beautiful winter morning today! I decided to take a trip from Atlanta to North Carolina. The weather was perfect, with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze. I’ve already checked the weather reports and filed my flight plan, then headed to the airport.

Got to the airport in time, taxied down the runway and lifted off the ground. The plane soared higher and higher at a good climb rate 1500 fpm.

As I crossed the state lines into South Carolina, I spotted a small airport in the distance. But The were still clouds below. The plane cruised nicely at 180 knots on the ground while burning only 7.5 gallons of fuel per hour.
