Customized Avionics @ Midwest Panel Builders

Still at Midwest panel builders in Michigan.
This is where my custom panel for the MOJOSLING will be built. What they do at Midwest panel is very impressive. You can see how organized the process is, starting with architecting the wire harnesses as it will be placed in the actual plane. Midwest also designs the airplane panels in-house based on the requirements and customizations from the builder.

You can see they have several different laser cut panel, which they then install the different avionics packages and equipment.

As for the MOJOSLING, we’ll have 2 dual 10” screens with a backup Garmin G5. Here is a list of equipment that will be installed in the aircraft
– Two 10” G3X touch screens
– A Garmin G5 for backup
– A Garmin GTN 650 for IFR flights
– A Garmin GMC 507 autopilot.
